No one --- our best coach besides Parcells was Rex Ryan. He was good on the defensive side and developed a number of people. He needs to find his equivalent on the offensive side of the ball.

His staff on the offensive side is not looking that great. It's all rejects from the NYJ besides Roman.

Their run game was top notch despite an aging Gore.

Look at Darrell Bevell he was the OC for the Vikes 2006-2010 he had just 2 winning seasons and one was with Favre.. Look at him with the Hawks first year losing season and then bingo he gets Wilson and now he's good?? The bottom line to winning is having the talent and at the most important position the jets have not had it.. Rex does have his flaws no doubt, but he could have won had he spent the time getting a good pro QB and he did not.. And that's on him and it will be with the Bills also if he doesn't change his priorities and treat all parts of the team equally..
