I wonder whatever happened to him and why he doesn't get any job offers or ever talked about for a potential job. He is a former SB winning coach. I know he's probably comfortable in his announcing job but to not ever hear his name brought up must say something about him as an individual. Same with Jim Fassel. They are relatively young too.

nah he was being talked about a few years after he retired like cowher and gruden but I think he made it clear a couple times he was done coaching.

another guy this happened to was Marty Schottenheimer. After he left SD, in kind of an arrogant manner, he was never even considered for HC job.

It wasn't like he didn't want to coach again, He won the UFL championship in 2011 LOL. Something happened that got him kicked out of the NFL

for whatever reason (my guess is money) the NFL/goodell consider kraft, BB & brady football royalty..

perhaps when BB & tommy finally go away more people will come foward with creditable evidence of their blatant breaking of NFL rules..
