A lot of people don't like this guy, but I'm not one of them. I think he's brash, but funny, and he backs up every ounce of his bluster, he truly is a great player in a league where its not easy to play corner and play it as well as Sherman does. I wish he was on my team and I've felt that way for a long time, BUT THIS CLINCHED IT, now I really love the guy.

I am one of those people that do not like him. I can't stand outspoken players. Having said that, he does back it on the field. He is also one of the smarter players in the league. I think he's building a brand for himself. All of this stuff of his is well thought out. I believe he has his masters if not, he's on his way to getting one.

Same for me. With Revis gone, I'm all in on this guy. He really is the complete package.

i meant from the standpoint of passing up on both guys even when they were still available late in the draft..

Just by the way you asked, I know the answer, and all I have to say is .... ouch!

Thats why I'm glad Maccagnan cleaned out all of the incompetent boobs who ran our scouting staff. Hopefully after the draft he can clean out the rest of that rats nest and start bringing in his own friends from his scouting days.

I think it had something to do with being relatively new to the CB position in college, having moved there from another position, and Jim Harbaugh was never sold on him as a player, thats partly why he had a lot of animosity for the 49ers.

I think he also ran a subpar 40, but I'm not 100% sure.

Nope. There was nothing really indicating he would become such a stud. He was tall, fairly slow and not well known. To be fair, we got a legit player with our pick (Kerley) but there you go.

I don't like any teams but the Jets

But in this case I am rooting hard for the Seahawks to win 72-7, rip Brady's head right off his neck and accidently on an end sweep have 7 of their offensive players crash full force into Belichick breaking multiple bones and fibers
