C&P exam

Anyone go through this? I originally filed in 2008 and was denied in 2013 and I am now in my third appeal and I just found out it kept getting denied because my C&P examiner claimed I said something on my military entrance exams that I never said, furthermore neither he or the military can provide me with proof of me saying this. The Meps center record of military processing I currently have said I had perfect everything and their was no problems at all. If I get denied again I think I will look to hire a outside lawyer I am sick of getting the run around for 7 years now. They owe me for 7 years back pay soon as they give me a disability rating.

My understanding is that the examiner is supposed to be a physician? Can't understand why he is basing an exam about disability on something he is alleging you SAID years ago. Seven years?? Sounds like an attorney who specializes in these things is the right idea to shake up these clowns


Qualifier...I am not an attorney nor have I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express but I did have to deal with military jackasses way back in the good old Vietnam days
