Did you guys use the point spread on the regular season for the pick 'em?
No we didn't. Just straight up wins or losses. Point spread can get a bit difficult and confusing. What I am thinking about for next year is to do the same contest but assign confidence points to each game. Not sure If you know what I am talking about but I've seen it done elsewhere. You rank each games result depending on how confident you are in the result. I think that avoids tie breakers.
I also wanted to point out the vbookie feature that I set up. Not sure if you had the chance to notice it yet. I've been slow getting it up to speed but basically, each of our users starts off with vcash $500. Using vbookie, you can put that vcash on the line by betting on different sporting events or prop bets we have set up.
Only things that we have been able to bet on was the super bowl and the NFC championship game. Once I am able to set up all the events, I want to have a monthly contest where the person that accumulated the most cash gets some type of prize.

Anybody know where some of the good Scout posters before the invasion like hobson54, superman55, sack exchange, machina verde football51, nicksinyc, jetfanshanghai, sarge,jetkwondo, thewickerman.
They were some really good posters. Hopefully we can find out where they went because it has to be a pretty good jets forum

Hyatt used to be some what OK then he really got crazy with referring to himself in the third person. Like nuts
I honestly think he did it on purpose to Piss off the JI guys and it worked.

Former Scout Member. Don't post much but been a Jet/Titan Fan since 1962. Played in a Pop Warner game during halftime of a Titan/Dallas Texan game at the old Polo Grounds and been a fan ever since. Glad to be here.
