phew - must admit, i'm not the most computer savvy person so i cringe a bit when people have issues. thankfully so far, everything has been resolved.
its taken me 10 years to make 700+ posts at JN..
i have 700+ posts at NYJF in four months..
i'll say again, NYJF is on its way to being the best jet forum on the webz & i like max & JN.. i'm a charter member there..
so lets recap.. sooth is essentially responsible for the birth of JN & now NYJF all these years later.. & by force feeding what was left of JI onto scout, that board became a ghost town almost overnight?? thus resulting in 50+ scout refugees landing here??

What really helped Max was 2 major disruptions over a 5 year period and many left JI for JN..When things heat up around Draft time I'm sure many that are now at the Hampur will come by for some football talk.

Yep.
There were 3 major exodus' from JI to JN. Max is a good guy and I'm happy for the success he is having now. And your right there will be another growth spurt here as the draft approaches, and another when camp starts
I wasn't counting Max and Tom that one started when Gang Green Girl was busting Seans chops because the server went down. Thats when he said leave and take your 2 flunkies (Max and Tom) with you and the rest is history..LOL
What Max did with JN is simply amazing. I actually read their content and listen to their podcasts. Never did that on JI

The guy Max has writing the articles, and doing the interviews now, Air Force Jets fan/Glen, is really good

GGG was before my time on JI but I was there for the second exodus with ericyellin and jetsbabe and all those guys left.
What happened and caused these exoduses? I never understood how something can be done that would piss people off that much...
philip515 would be a good get from scout. It doesn't seem as if he checks his pm's though.

Mostly just arrogance with Sean dealing with certain popular posters. JiF and Klecko73 were involved in one exodus and I thing Ham was involved as a Mod.
Don't really know what happened with that one, I was long gone to JN, but I remember when they arrived.
He'll make his way eventually. I think MV has been working on that board.
Not surprised. Arrogance killed his business.
