If I were Maccagnan, I would be using a draft simulator for an hour/day up until the actual draft. You could play around with Draft scenarios and player selections. I really believe it helps prepare you for any given situation if you see a player still on the board or a trade scenario with another team.

Nice job on this draft flgreen!!

Seriously...doubt Winston and Mariota will both fall to six but when they did, I traded down one pick at a time picking up 3 second round picks until Mariota was picked at 9, then took Winston

Extremely unrealistic IMO which is why I wouldn't want a GM to waste a nanosecond on it

I think the simulators are just another mock and the real draft will unfold in a much different way.

this is an incredible draft. not sure how this game works, but were you really able to trade from 6 to 7 and pick up a 2nd and 3rd rounder in exchange? if so, was a monkey running the bears draft???

That's what makes the game fun. They use 10 different simulators. It falls in 100's of different ways, just like the draft. You may select a player in the 2nd round in one draft that gives you a strong A, and in another draft because there are different players available who are stronger, the same player may only score you a C. It certainly has flaws, but the developers did a very good job with it. Fun game.

Particularly when you have a 6849 on it :)

Bears took Cooper, who would certainly be on the Jets radar if they had soured on Winston. If you trade for a player the team wants, you are going to pay for it
