There may never be another class of wide receivers as talented as the 2014 group that included NFL Rookie of the Year, Odell Beckham.

So while the 2015 class headed to Combine next week pales in comparison to last year's, there are still some pretty good players and as many as four, or five, first round selections.

If the Eagles can't get a deal done with free agent wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, one of those receivers could be selected with the 20th pick.

Here's a look at the top receivers with a comment from one of the league's top talent evaluators.

Amari Cooper, Alabama, 6-1, 210: "He does everything well. He has good hands, runs good routes, has good speed; and he's a playmaker. He's right there with some of the guys from last year.''

Kevin White, West Virginia, 6-1, 210: "Good, very good, he's strong and he has great hands. He doesn't have great speed, but it's good enough.''

Nelson Agholor, USC, 6-1, 190: "I like him a lot. He's right there. He's not real big, but he's so quick and explosive and he catches everything. He's a real playmaker.''

DaVante Parker, Louisville, 6-3, 205: "A work in progress to me, and a little overrated. He's going to go early, but somebody is going to miss.''

Jalen Strong, Arizona State, 6-3, 212: "Reminds me of the Eagles guy, (Jordan) Matthews. Very solid, very dependable. There isn't anything that jumps off the bard on you, but he does everything well.''

Sammie Coates, Auburn, 6-2, 201: "He's real raw. There's a lot of potential there, but he needs time. He needs to work on his hands, too.''

Ty Montgomery, Stanford, 6-2, 215: "Another good all-around player. He can help you in the return game, too.''

Devin Smith, Ohio State, 6-1, 197: "Still needs to get better at a lot of things, but he can really run. He's fast and real explosive. He could be a good pick for someone.''

Think the 2nd round will be a good place for the Jets to take a WR. Unless there is a big run on WR's in the first, there should still be some good talent left.

Coates may have a little Stephen Hill in him with all the drops.

Yes he does. He is also one of the WR's that could be tempting the Jets in the second.

Personally I can't help but like him, and would probably roll the dice. Big guy, runs in the 4.3's supposedly. Very strong, with great leaping ability.

Drops the ball way to much. One thing that he has that Hill didn't, because of his overall strength, he beats press coverage pretty regularly.

Still, if he's there in the second I have to take him. Think the combine will make him a hot item, so it's probably a moot point.

I've seen White listed at 6'3 before. It'll be interesting to see how he measures next week.

All I'm asking is can we draft one of these guys that can contribute and make a true impact immediately this draft PLEASE! Doesn't who it is or which round. I would prefer a WR that is 6'2"-6'5" that can play the #2 spot and eventually be the #1 guy. Whether it this year or 2-3 years from now. Is this to much to ask???
