If you were put in charge of the Jets and were able to turn back the clock to the beginning of the season, what are three major changes that you would do?

Mine are: Name Vick the Starter and keep Geno on the bench, Sign Revis, sign Emmanuel Sanders to go along with Decker

I think sanchez was done here rex already killed him in NY he needed a change of scenery to get his confidence back.

I know you are right, I just always loved Sanchez and I am happy to see him performing well under Kelly. And yes, rex and his system ruined him.

Nothing much, Rex was screwed from day one with the horrible garbage on this offensive roster.
In hindsight Rex should have walked away after last season. He knew how Idzik had handcuffed this coaching staff. Hard to say now as the team is totally lost.

The season went this way because Rex can't get this team to play 60 minutes of football without committing numerous penalties, getting punts blocked, dropping sure interceptions, fumbling, leading the league in presnap penalties, getting off the field on 3rd down & on & on.
