How does your WR board look post-combine?

Looking like another amazing group.

This is mine to this point:

1) Amari Cooper (proven he can dominate in a pro style passing attack)
2) Kevin White (love his athleticism. Higher ceiling but also not the "sure thing" Cooper is)
3) Jalen Strong (6'2, 220, 4.4 forty, 42"vert. 157 catches the last two years. Reminds me of Alshon)
4) DeVante Parker
5) Dorial Green-Beckham (football IQ is not good but complete physical freak)
6) Breshad Perriman
7) Rashad Greene/Nelson Agohlar (FSU all-time leader and Agohlar is basically same athlete)
9) Stefon Diggs (underrated because of injury)
10) Tyler Lockett (will be devastating in the slot)
11) Justin Hardy (nice combine for him considering he ran faster than I thought)
12) Sammie Coates
13) Jamison Crowder
14) Philip Dorsett
15) Devin Smith

*Underrated- Hardy is moving up in my book after running a 4.56. Rashad Greene can play the game. He understands and knows how to get open. Same with Lockett. Stefon Diggs is a better player than anyone is giving him credit for right now.

*Overrated- Philip Dorsett is getting WAY too much cred for his speed. He never dominated at any point in his college career. Coates is also not an instinctive player.

*Dropping for me- DGB. I'm not as concerned about him off field concerns as I am about his on field football IQ. It's not good and that was demonstrated in interviews in Indy. Players intellect is an underrated quality and I lean to guys who have it. Still he only drops to my #5 because you don't have to be super smart to make an impact at 6'5, 240 running a sub 4.5.

Cooper is the best all around WR in this draft as far as running great routes and being able to play WR or in the slot. White is the best pure outside WR in this draft, and that's what we need to compliment Decker & Kerley. I think we need to draft one of these two players, then focus on OLB, OL, CB, etc. with the rest of the draft and free agency.

Almost forgot to add Chris Conley. This is a player who was extremely productive in the SEC at UGA. He was their top guy playing in a ground based attack with a sub-par QB.

Shows up to Indy and blazes a 4.3 forty and has the best overall at 45". On top of that you won't meet a better kid in this draft. Hard worker and great ambassador of your team. I think he is very much in play at the top of round 3 and would put him right there with Rashad Greene and Nelson Agohlar.

I agree. White is a better fit for the Jets than Cooper, but Cooper would be a nice pick, too. I'm increasingly starting to think the Raiders are gonna take Kevin White.

I want Cooper as I've seen him dominate vs the best competition. I would take DGB later though.

I'd switch Strong to #5 or #6 and move Parker to #3 and Green-Beckman to #4 . Also can't forget about Conley, doesn't he belong somewhere in the top seven?

Devin Smith may not have put up the #s at the combine, but is still a tremendous deep threat. Going into the combine I didn't think he would last until our 2nd pick, now I'm pretty sure he will. Is he the deep threat compliment for Decker, Amaro and Kerley that we can get in 2nd-3rd round if White isn't available at #6 ? Something else to consider and the thing that sticks with me, is the names of the top WR for each of the last 6 Super Bowl winners weren't even selected in the 1st round. So for me, a dominant edge rusher (particularly with what other pieces we have in the front 7) is more valuable than a top WR.

Disagree on Dorsett... Never had a QB until this year and he looked real good this year and that was with a Freshman QB... He is probably right behind Agohlar in my opinion.

My list:

1) Amari Cooper
2) Kevin White
3) DeVante Parker
4) Dorial Green-Beckham
5) Jalen Strong
7) Nelson Agohlar
8) Phillip Dorsett
9) Rashad Greene

Lol, if you have ever seen Conley play he is nothing like Stephen Hill. They couldn't be more different. The only reason I can see you saying that is my comment on the ground based attack. To that point, there is a big difference playing in an option offense like Hill did and playing in a pro-style offense like Conley. Hill ran nothing but fly patterns in college when he wasn't blocking. Conley runs the full route tree and he does it very well.

I agree with you 100% CY.. that's why he isn't on my list... Something in my gut screams Stephen Hill when I hear Chris Conleys name

Just curious as to why. Have you seen Conley play? Is it because they both went to Georgia schools and did well at the combine?

Yes I have seen Conley play... quite a bit. He ran slower in game then what he did at the combine. He did not run many routes as the system doesn't really showcase a WR route tree..... Even running slower than his combine 40 time he was mostly a straight line runner and he has the Gholston and Hill feel to him with the monster combine.... That's mu gut feeling... I got great tape on Hill and a great combine... This guy is a project... I don't want him unless he is a 4-5th rd pick but some team will fall in love with his combine showing and take him in the 2nd... Just like we did with Hill.

I actually think Amari Cooper is the better fit for the Jets than Kevin White. Amari Cooper is that dynamic game changer that you need in a #1 . I feel he would thrive under Gailey and he would be a deadly weapon for the Jets simply because he can play inside and outside the slot and can even line up at RB. Cooper has always been the top wide receiver and nobody's 40 time is going to change that. I've seen Cooper make Sims look like a better QB because of his outstanding route running and his ability to beat defenders with his breakaway speed.

No disrespect with White. I love his size and speed and he also can help a team. I just look at Cooper as the better fit. White just kind of went ahead of Cooper because of his 40 time, which I feel isn't fair for Cooper's case. Another wide receiver I can see being a good fit for the Jets is Tyler Lockett. a great route runner, a reliable target who I feel would help compliment Kerley, if the Jets do part ways with Harvin and don't draft a WR in the first round I would look into Lockett.

Are you sure you aren't confusing Conley, (Bulldog), with Darren Waller, (Yellowjacket)?
I have Waller as a top "outside the box thinking" lightweight TE prospect, incidentally.

As a Maryland fan, I've seen a lot of Diggs and think he has a ton of ability. Great Speed and elusiveness. Very Good hands. Successful against good teams as a returner, in the slot, out wide and running the ball on jet sweeps etc.

Has been injured repeatedly - lost time and one worries whether something about him makes that likely to continue.

Kinda a lot like Harvin - but for a lot less than 10 million.\

Dont disagree with where he is in the lists discussed above.
