I personally think Kerley had a down year too. The year before we forced fed him the ball but now those looks went to Decker, Harvin and Amaro. We have Kerley locked up for cheap and he's a good player so his production/value shouldn't be an issue with anyone.

He makes big catches when we need him too. Isn't he a Pats killer?

Well said, well said. Not great but he's good. I almost drop kicked my TV when they called back his game winning hailmary catch against the Packers. Such a sad day.

The score was 31-24 game tying catch but I agree that sucked..

My mistake. It would have tied the game up. But yes that was the time out game. A tragedy.

Yea. I wonder how things would have worked out if we win that game. Prob flying high with momentum against Chicago. Geno looked great that first half against GB.

I read that you were given a hard time on this board. Sorry to hear that. I'm on my way back from work here in NYC and getting pelted by hail so I won't be able to go back and read older posts until later. You southerners are so lucky! This is a forum and everyone has an opinion. If we didn't argue with each other every once in a while, this place would get boring fast. I'm glad you found this place, your opinion is very welcomed here.

Judging by some of your posts you're a sunshiner, optimistic about this team, there aren't many of us around anymore!!

Thanks, much appreciated. But I think if we won that game we would have definitely won the game against Chicago. Even during the Chicago game we were robbed on a few plays and possibly could have won were they called correctly. Mainly I'm speaking on the fumble that Demario Davis caused when he ripped the ball from Cutler right before he hit the ground. Somehow that got called a fumble but after the replay was shown even the Commentators said it should have been a fumble. Both of those games haunted me last year.

The only argument for keeping harvin is if we otherwise cant find ways to spend the $$ productively.

I would rather sign 5 guys who have upside at 2 mill each. Harvin's market value is almost surely less than the 10 million. And we need to pay him 10 million plus "spend" the difference between a 4th and a 6th to keep him.

If we cant find one guy worth 10 mill to bring in, get two or three guys with promise at 3 or 4 mill each rather than Harvin.

I think the Jets are in a good position..they have an 8 day window to work FA before having to decide on Harvin
