Winston has all of the tools...all of them! Winston, at this stage of his career, reminds me of Vinny at 35 when he came to us.
he finally learned to pull it down with nothing there, but never lost the ability to look down field.

that remains to be seen, but the talent is there, so if some of the stuff he learned from Payton remains, i think so.
Vinny turned the corner from being erratic to a very good QB once he got to a place where he could digest the fact "it wasn't all on him".
I am betting on that for him too.

i wonder if that is the secret sauce...

1.) young guys play like young QB's... extreme high and extreme lows.
2.) young guys are given up on by original teams.
3.) then slightly older & experienced QB's go to a place ripe to succeed and do.

Tyreek Hill lives and trains in South Florida so more than likely that is his destination. Some people saying this is posturing by the Chiefs for Hill to sign the contract offer they gave him. It is being reported that Kansas City wants a 1st and 2nd to make the deal.

If I was Joe Douglas I would post June trade Corey Davis and swap our 10th for their 30th and give them 2023 2nd round and that would be my final offer.
