I'm first to support this.
I’d say Ulbrich goes all out and says fuck it, I’m doing it my way and forget what everyone else wants. He’s the interim and has no chance of keeping this job, unless they make the playoffs. He may not even want to stay and who could blame him.
So if he wants to run this organization like a REAL HEAD COACH, then he needs to do that! Don’t cow-tow to A-Rod, Hackett or Woody Johnson. Enforce your rules and if it don’t work, fuck it, it don’t work. What does he really have to lose at this point!

Watching Ulbrich's press conference. I think this guy is ready to take over. I think he will hold people accountable. Jets weren't beating the Bills with Saleh. This team is reeling and Saleh was being fired at end of season. Doesn't hurt the team to do it now.
