Im talking using his ENERGY in the game.
You can't teach what this kid has.
Even if the Kid doesn't make the team guys with his MAKE-UP are what Im talking about.
You want to change the culture?

And you can't coach size. Again he had an amazing game, but a very inconsistent season and 5 year career . Always came up short vs better teams.You cant expect the outlier to be the norm vs NFL players when it could not become the norm over 5 seasons, there is a reason he has said he has no interest in the NFL and wants to go back for a sixth year.

What do we think about Carson Beck and Trinidad Chambliss performance yesterday? I think they both balled out and have true potential of being NFL QBs. Decent 2nd to 3rd round picks.

Chambliss reminds me a little of Russell Wilson, stature, baseball background, etc. Don't like the size at all though. Beck is intriguing and might be able to get him in 2nd round.

You're missing what Im saying.
The intangibles this kid brings.
You can't Coach Will or Desire either.
Maybe this kids physical limitations are not all you should see.
Hell Im not saying draft this particular Kid
Im saying his dedication, focus and leadership and exuberance are what is needed to change the "culture".
In other words, stop drafting guys who just want to get paid and don't love what they do.
