watching this now and I knew he was a good QB but can you imagine if he played today with the rules/weight training and surgeries to fix his knees.

I love the part when it says the biggest shame was the world never got to see a 100 percent namath if they did they would never forget.

I just watch Joe in a movie yesterday The Wedding Ringer funny movie. Joe had a tiny part but he made me laugh

Wow I was to young our prob not even born yet but I heard requel Welch was a real hottie. First time I saw a pic of her wow she was cute.

Best book on Joe Namath..read it twice....Mark Kriegel..used to be NY POst now commentator on NFL network..PHENOMENAL and has his life ..shows how he was VERY INSECURE at all times growing up...insecurity drove him to succeed..he had big hands (well I guess he still does) and could dunk a basketball at 6 1 or 6 2 probably could have played NBA
His name is an Austrian derivitive of father and grandfather from Austrian dialect ...from "JOSEF" and "NEMET"
