2 new cases opened on Winston for Battery and Sexual Assault

I don't see Winston as the the next Hernandez or Phillips or Russell or Leaf. I see him as the next Sapp or Marino or Moss or Rodgers so if he is there at #6 , draft the damn guy and lets be done with it already! We can draft a LB and hopefully a very good to great one in the 2nd round, a WR or o-linemen in the 3rd and 4th rounds and RB or best available player in the 7th. The Geno debate will finally be done. We will have a franchise QB and no doubt game one starter and a team that can compete for the playoffs or more this year and beyond.

And your last gem, that my post says Winston can "do no wrong" is just the pinnacle of fabrication. There are plenty of good posters that will back up the fact that I have on NUMEROUS occasions said that Winston is immature and is a risk in NY. He is far from a choir boy. I am not saying you or 55 are right but having worked in the medical field I know the reports given to the public might not be 100 percent complete.

We had to sign a agreement when hired we would abide by this rule and couldn't even break the glass it is called to see their medical records until a high up manger said it was ok. If we violated that we would get fired and the hospital could sue you.

I have said multiple times on this thread I dont know, and neither do you, what happened between him and her. I have also said, multiple times in this thread, that the continuous smoke is the concern...not the alleged action...even my post says, "allegedly raping and beating multiple women."

If you wanted me to use the technical terms "assault, sexual assault, and false imprisonment," instead of rape and beating a woman...i can tell you...it's all bad, and pretty close to the same...but Im not a lawyer and recognize there is rationale for distinction, so it would be fair for you to say, I guess, "dont say he rapes and beats women, say he assaults them, sexually assaults them, and imprisons them instead...that's not as bad as rape and beating..." I guess that's your stance.

I feel I have gone out of my way to say he allegedly did it, and I guess I apologize for not pretending sexual assault, assault, and imprisoning a woman is that bad...I guess that's your argument...but I have a daughter, it's all bad, IMO.

Big difference than the ancillary charges of false imprisonment and sexual assault and battery that goes along with rape. if you don't get it, then you don't get it. The backtracking is pathetic though. Just admit you overstepped and move on. It's not that hard but it's something you really seem to struggle with.
