Devin is a big receiver with the ability to mismatch corners in the red zone. Long legs that can cover ground in a straight line. Transitions smoothly from catch to run. Has build-up speed to factor on run-after-catch crossers. He was originally projected as 2nd or 3rd rounder but he had a terrible combine so he should slip to the fourth round.
