Browns offer both 1st rd. picks for #2

The Titans should take it, its a great offer, both are TOP 20 Picks, 12 and 19, and they don't need a QB.
That said, the value chart demands at least another 2nd RD Pick from Cleveland too, thats why its so hard to trade up to 1 or 2, those picks are so valuable that its almost impossible unless you are already in the TOP 5.

ESPN Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky denies a report that the Browns offered two first-round picks to Tennessee for the No. 2 overall pick.
Kuharsky reports the Browns haven't made an offer at all to the Titans. It's some ESPN-on-ESPN crime, as Kuharsky's co-worker, Browns reporter Pat McManamon, reported earlier Wednesday that Cleveland indeed made the offer. This doesn't mean the Browns aren't interested in coming up to No. 2. It's draft week. This is just the latest reminder to not believe everything you read.

They would love it and so would Winston. The Titans love Winston, and Winston's family live close to Nashville. Jon Gruden thinks the Bucs are picking Mariota, and he still has strong connections with the Buc's for inside info.

question: are the same decision makers who drafted Manziel making the evaluation on Mariota? Are they still employed? Browns make that trade and that will be the noose around that regime within a season or two at most. How would a CLE fan trust the same guys to pick a QB again? For the sake of CLE fans, I hope that deal doesn't happen. As a Jets fan, I hope he goes at 2 and pushes better talent down the list to them.

The latest I just heard is the Titans want the Browns 12 & 19 this year, their one & two next season and up to 3 players. The Browns said no thanks and I don't blame them.

If they asked for something that crazy, that means they want to keep the pick because they love the player they plan on taking, so only a Hershel WaIker trade can entice them to move down, where they basically rob somebody blind.
If true, that's ridiculous. If Tennessee is holding out for that kind of return, they might as well just select Mariota. I don't think anyone's dumb enough to give up that much.
