Yeldon - like him, but I think he or another roughly comparable RB will be there in 3rd round

Will Petty and Grayson go in 2nd round? dont know. The QB position isnt anakyzed on value alone - its a limited group and if you want the guy you need to take him. Do we want one of these guys? I would hate to pass on a chance to add a second top player with our early 2d round pick.

Maybe Philly(Petty/Hundley) and the Saints were rumored to like Petty. If the rumors are true that the Bills like Petty, a team may try to trade ahead of them.

Every year it's the same. Every year, the armchair GMs scream and shout that the team didn't draft the guy they knew was the next Hall of Famer. And they do it from the safety of their laptops, never scrutinized for their projections.

If they are right about it, they will never let anyone ever forget that they wanted the team to pick that guy, and they would be a better GM than the bum (fill in the blank) is now.

If they are wrong about it, they will either ignore or deny that they ever said they wanted that guy, never being held responsible for their wrong picks - but reminding everyone of the ones they got right.

OK, back to the topic at hand. I'm not as well versed as some other posters on the college talent, but my gut is that Jets go speedy WR in the 2nd round. Maybe Smith from Ohio State? WR needs a home run threat. Bowles saw what the rookie did for the offense in Arizona. And there is no need to start him right away. He can learn behind the ultimate pros in Decker and Kerley.

Then I'm guessing it'll be BPA with OL and LB.
