Smith is his guy. He is trying to force something to happen. Yes Idzik is extremely incompetent. Worst thing that can happen for the long term is today Smith has a good game against a putrid defense, and convinces Idzik, and idiot Woody that he deserves one more year at QB

Even if we drafted a top QB he may get the start next year because Vick will be gone and he's on the 3rd year of his rookie contract which as a 2nd rd pick amounts to a total of less the 1.4 million is 2015..

I'm okay with Geno starting off next year. Only thing is that I am not sure how I feel with having our rookie learn behind him. In either case, it's probably better than having the rookie start.

Maybe we can pick up a Brunell type and have him as our third string that our rookie can shadow until it's his time to shine.

We need to hit on our next QB. Idc what we do, how many consultants we hire, we need to get it right! I feel like our fan base is ready to revolt lol.

sure.. i think we all realize smith is his guy & all..

but he didn't burn up the 1st pick in last year's draft on smith, he picked the joker in the 2nd round for plucks sake..
