Having to go up against Williams & Sons in practice everyday should motivate him.
McShay just said this kid will be great if he wants it. Tremendous talent who needs to show more enthusiasm for the game.

What this pick tells me, if you didn't already know it, is that unlike he who will remain nameless, we now have a GM who totally understands the NFL Draft and how it works. He understands that there comes a point in the draft where you gamble on red chip talent that may have slid for a variety of reasons, provided the reasons are not dire. This is the 5th RD Pick shrewd NFL GM's make and out-fox their peers.
