A draft that started with the single best player in the draft and ended with a 3 year vet running back for a seventh round

And included two wide outs and an actual potential quarterback starter, a potential edge rusher and other trinkets

Great trade great value

Tremendous value. I have always loved Stacy who has been inconsistent, IMO, due to the Rams being void at QB. Not saying he's coming into a better situation, but he showed flashes despite teams knowing the rams would pound the ball (what choice did they have with no QB or WRs).

Mac did nail down this week/weekend.

That was a very good trade giving up just a 7th Rd pick. MACCG did very well from the 2nd Rd to the 7th including the Stacy trade. I cannot remember a Jets GM picking this well after the 1st Rd. My opinion is for the Rds after the 1st.

That can't be right, can it?

There has to be future considerations attached to this trade, no?

He really hasn't played that great . 3.9 YPC I think.

It would have been crazy to give up a first round corner like Milner, who has flashed, for a back who has played like a JAG

I don't mind if he didn't like the trade, I understand that opinions vary, but his reason made no sense.

He wanted the Jets to draft a younger back, that was his reason, and Stacy is 24

At least your reasons for not liking the Williams pick were logical, but this was incoherent.

For a 7th rounder next year, highway robbery. Stacy will be motivated then a motherf^&k@# and determined to prove everyone wrong. As long as he can stay healthy, I think he will end up being our #1 this year and down the line period. Only 24 yrs old and 220 lbs of pure RB. Ivory, Ridley and Powell will due their thing of course but will they really keep all four of them on the roster?
