Why bother with playbooks and reps when you can do beer, burgers and bogeys instead

Can't disagree, but then schedule the OTA around the event so you don't lose a valuable day of practice. Rex does not realize that this hurts his teams in the end. Players on a Rex coached team may get the fewest reps in the NFL.

Dave and Busters was the day before a football game. Why would grown men want to play video games at a sports bar? Golf with kids seems like a great idea however

I have no problem with this decision by Rex.

But I will say, this is being received a LOT differently than it would have been if he had spent one of his Jets OTAs on a charity golf outing.

Especially for a team that made wholesale coaching changes, and is implementing a new system.
