On the other hand, he was already arrested in January on charges of domestic violence. Charges were dropped but NFL is still investigating.

Guy swinging the belt in the video is Junior Galette of the Saints.

It's allegedly a Saints defensive player named Junior Gallette on some beach somewhere allegedly beating some woman with a belt or strap of some sort.

It's startling that he isn't a Patriot player
