IMHO:

Over rated: J.Cumberland, Stevan Ridley Calvin Pace

Under rated: Saalim Hakim, Snacks & of course Big Mo

Overrated: Skrine and Harris

Underrated: Ivory and Douzable

Regarding Skrine, I like the pickup. I think he's a solid 3 at CB, but his stats show that he's a bit of a gambler. He's goes for the big play (PD, INT) and sometimes loses. I like the aggressiveness, though. We need more turnovers. Harris was paid a little high for my liking, but he's still tough as nails against the run. Limited in coverage though.

Ivory doesn't get enough love, IMO. He's a thumper and doesn't shy away from contact. He picks up the tough yards. Douzable is lost in the numbers game. I really like what I've seen from him in limited action. Very glad we re-signed him.

Not sure Colon can be overrated when he's on the roster bubble. He's also paid vet minimum and on a 1 year deal...make the team or dont get paid...

Also, very few people rate Coples as a high level player. He is rated where he should be.......Bilal Powell is underrated and under utilized

I said over and you said under... But regardless, I feel that he should be gone after being such a penalty machine out there...So for just having another chance is overrating his worth to me...

Yeah, my point was it is hard for me to consider a player overrated when he is fighting to make the team and likely to be one of the first vets not to make the team...

I kind of feel the same way about Cumberland...can he be overrated when we all know he's amongst the worst starting TEs in the NFL and is paid like it ($1 mill/year)...but I would consider him overrated too just because he's a #3 TE that actually starts for us...

Just watch.... Bowles/Rodgers "D" will fit him like a glove! Be aggressive and get after the football.

Overrated:
Brick(for what he is making), Cromartie(you'll get better coverage out of Williams, Walls or McDougle)

Underrated:
Ivory(needs more touches), Snacks(looks like he's walking next year), Coples(better than people think).

Overated: Cro (is so overrated, it's ridiculous.) I'd say Dbrick (age has really declined his play but his pay is still of a top-notch OL) and Milliner and Coples (until they prove otherwise, their overrated.)

Underated: Pryor (pure beast), Decker (can see his real worth at the #2) and M. Williams (should be the starter by now as Cro is really suspect right now) and Powell (man this kid can really play and should be on the field alot more.)

As fickle as this fan base is (myself included) we could probably do an over rated/underrated thread every week, and get different players from the same posters each week.
