I know nothing about this guy, but there seems to be two things coming out of this thread:
1) Aaron Kromer seems to be a very good coach, or so the article indicates.
2) Every one participating in this thread says it's Rex's fault. It must be a circus in Buffalo because Rex runs such a tight ship?
Since when does Rex control what coaches do during their own time? That is the dumbest sh*t I have ever heard. So if Todd Bowles ends up being a sh*t coach is that going to be Rex's fault also?
Both of you guys need to shut it. All you are doing is embarrassing yourselves. Rex is supposed to control his guys no matter where they are and when they do it?!

Ok, Geniuses..... Then just answer the question... If your wives start messing around with other guys is that Rex's fault? If you guys get fired at your jobs for incompetence, is that Rex's fault?
Or simply put, if Todd Bowles sucks as a HC (good possibility), will that be Rex's fault also? Because I'm just wondering how far you guys are willing to go out on that limb?
Or better yet, will it have ANYTHING to do with Rex if the Buffalo Bills win the SB in the next 3 seasons?

Oh! You mean he actually had f*cked up in other places as well? How many different HC's has the guy worked for? Are all of them running circuses because they had Aaron Kromer on their staff?
Like i originally mentioned in one of my posts. I don't think him getting arrested looks bad on Rex, like you mentioned. He can't control that.
Rex should have never hired him though. This guy was feeding stories to the media about Cutler creating tension in their locker room. Why would anyone hire someone like this? Rex hasn't learned from his stint here. Media leaks were the worst in my opinion.

Rex hires a position coach who already had major character concerns after last year with the Bears and Cutler. Yet when said position coach has an incident that shows poor character, Rex is automatically absolved of blame.
Why? Because he's boisterous rather than cerebral. He talks a big game using small words. He's the kind of guy you want to have a beer with, therefore everything he does is great.
Players don't prepare well? Not his fault. Tons of mental mistakes? It's the players to blame. No accountability? That's on everyone else.
It's amazing how being a good guy loudmouth makes you free from having any faults.
