that's the cimini negative spin we all know so well.
in the end, the jets traded back in the 3rd with houston (who took jalen strong) and got mauldin, harrison, a 7th round pick (which was used to move up 1 spot to draft bryce petty in the 4th) and posey.
so technically he is correct that by the "chart" posey was equal to a late 5th. but in the end, this trade worked out pretty well for the jets, even if posey didn't make the team
