Yup. Saw so many "Do Your Job" promos over the course of this weekend it was making me physically ill. And then I have to deal with yahoos at work telling me I just hate the Pats because I am a Jet fan. Yes, I hate them because I am a Jet fan, but I don't respect them because they cheat. And Brady being let off on a technicality does not change that.
We knew this all along, and the media was complicit too, outside of a precious few members of the alternative media, nobody in the mainstream sports media pursued the Spygate story and the destruction of evidence to the degree that they should have, they all basically helped the NFL sweep it under the rug.
This is also why Goodell needs to go, he is as corrupt as the day is long, he essentially enabled and emboldened the Patriots to continue cheating for another decade following Spygate, because he did everything humanly possible to destroy the evidence and protect them the first time.
Lastly, some of the other owners were complicit too. They too feared that a widespread cheating scandal could damage the leagues image and credibility, thus their bottom line (money), so they were absolutely on board with destroying the evidence, in fact they might have given Goodell the order.

Very well said. I knew DG was a make-up call for the whole SpyGate sweeping under the rug. I feel vindicated and not some jealous fan of the Pats ill-gotten success. I hope this goes completely viral and those smug NE bastards' legacy is treated accordingly.

After reading the whole article, the quote above intrigued me the most. Why destroy them? You had the Pats by the balls. It shows what kind of person Kraft is by how Goodell looked after him by destroying the evidence. By all Accounts, Belichek should have been barred from football for life. Kraft should have been forced to sell the team and all titles should have been stripped.
That would have been amazing.
