@AdamSchefter: Jets CB Antonio Cromartie sprained his knee, per source. Did not tear his ACL.
I hope so, regardless awesome and unexpected news on both fronts.do i dare ask between cro & mauldin, are the football gods finally smiling on us??
i don't mean to hijack this thread but mauldin's situation looked/sounded like dennis byrd 2.0..
it really was for both guys but an absolute blessing for mauldin!!I hope so, regardless awesome and unexpected news on both fronts.
Lucky, but he sure got torched by a JAG before that.
I think his help got torched over the top. Cro looked to be in good position to take away intermediate route.
Yeah , it looked like that help was supposed to come from Jaiquawn and he was late. BTW , NFL network reported the Cro has a hyperextended knee . Anyone know if there's a difference between that and a sprain?
Yep, I'm shocked that we dodged a bullet on this one, non contact knee injuries where a guy drops like he was shot, almost always means he blew out his knee. Between Crow and Mauldin, we came out of yesterday with two best case scenarios.Shocked! Looked really bad. Not much different then how revis went down a few years back.
