in this system i absolutely agree..The defense will see much more of Sproles who scares me more than Murray.
amazing how quickly kelly has gone from being innovative to being a square peg in a round hole kind of HC..

Same here, not because Sproles is better than Murray, he isn't, but between the tackles downhill runners like Murray rarely have any success verses the Jets front. Scatbacks like Sproles, who make their living off tackle, give us a harder time.
I hope they use more Ryan Mathews and less Darren Sproles.
For me if its a close between a guy who is playing the Jets and a guy who isn't, I'll always start the guy who isn't.Very true.
I have Sproles in my dynasty league. I'm tempted to start him over Latavius Murray - but I think Oakland is gong to wallop the Browns today.

This game will test how disciplined the Jets defense to stay in their gaps and follow the keys. Offensively, someone other than Marshall will have to have a solid game. Time for Kerley/DSmith to have a breakout performance. This should be interesting.
When Sproles is in there you know its either a pitch or a throw. He isn't used on straight handoffs as much. Helps to identify things quicker. Stopping him will be the problem with our slow LB's.
I really think the Jets SHOULD win this game. I don't think it will be an indication of truly how good the Jets are. I don't think the Jets have been tested that way yet this season. They've faced two completely dysfunctional teams in back to back weeks and one team that could not hold on to the football.
But just the same, a win is a win is a win. We'll take it. We'll be 3-0 and that is one hell of a transformation from last season at this point. At this point last season, the Jets were 1-1, soon to be 1-8 or 1-9 before they actually won another game. That was terrible.
I think the first time the Jets get tested is next week against Miami. Miami is not playing good football right now, but they will have things ironed out by the time they face us in London. Miami is actually altogether a better team on paper than the Jets. Our defense is better, but there defense and overall personnel is better as a team than us.
With all due respect, I don't believe this game tests how disciplined the Jets defense is. See my post.
Slow start, but I like how they tightened up inside the 10 and forced Philly to settle for 3D needs to tackle better!
The Eagles look the way I expected them to look, like a desperate team. Anyone who expected the same Eagles team that got steamrolled verses Dallas last week doesn't understand how this league works. Not good. Not good at all.
