Good Point, normally I don't like early bye weeks, I prefer mid season, but this year, with all of the early season dings, its definitely coming at a good time.

Being an X player myself, this type of treatment for the STAR player, goes on in High School, College & NFL. Every player on the Jets knows Revis is fine, and know he will be out there Sunday against the Eagles.

Peyton has started taking days of during the week. Romo does it. I have no problem with a top player being treated different and taking some days off to continue being a top player.

can kerley and Enuwa fill in and make contributions? same with powell and Stacy? who plays for revis?

Owusu, Ivory, and even Decker's injuries can be overcome simply due to depth. Stacey and Powell can carry the load for a week, Powell can come in off the practice squad to return kicks, and Kerley/Enunwa will suffice opposite Marshall for one week.

I don't care if Smith plays or not. Much bigger loss to overcome is Revis.
