c'mon. Fitz is not the reason the Jets lost this game. He is the reason they were still in it. 97.4 QBR.

The reason they lost the game was ivory got hurt in the first quarter. Had a 2.7 YPC. Marshall's dropped TD was monster. No excuses. Jets lost.

Fitz was a big reason we were even in the game, so I feel a misplaced complaint. Pats eventually started to exploit our soft underbelly, inability of our LBs to cover effectively. To me, that was the key to their victory. Pryor's injury was also big IMO, as he really played well.

This is a thread that is totally unnecessary. Fitz handled his business today and everyone, including you saw that. It's not his fault our defense fell apart in the second half, Marshall dropped that clutch TD pass and Ivory got hurt on the very first play of the damn game. I agree, Fitz is no Brady or anywhere near a great QB but this team can win with him plenty. Stop reaching for what ain't there and face the facts. Agree. Fitz is not our worry. We need to hold team to under 20 points and we can win. If more than 20 is scored, we may not win.
