Sometimes I used to turn on the web cam, just to show 'em me moobies.
I received at least 5 from over in that part of the world. Changed all my passwords so I guess they have gone back to blowing shit up.

Boy, I had no idea the site had gone back up. I was using the link I had in Chrome to try to get back to the site and it always gave me an error 404 - page not found. That link went directly to to the main forum, not to the front page. Then, just now, I decided to do a google search for jetsfansunited, and fortunately found the new site.
I wonder if there are any other forum members who are in the same boats as I was. Is there any way to send emails to everyone who is registered letting them know the site is back up? I had thought I might get an email like that and all this time I have been thinking the site was still down.

Hey - i was thinking of emailing you as i haven't seen you in a while! Glad to see you here. I sent an email like that a while back notifying people the site is back up but not sure if it gets in people's spam or they are using emails that aren't checked up on. Whatever the case, I will reach out once more as it seems like there are multiple people that haven't logged back on.
That's strange. I definitely got the email that was sent out when the site first got hacked. But I never got the one announcing it was back up. And let me tell you I check my spam folder every day, sometimes more than once in a day. I've been doing that ever since the Scout travesty when I had to greatly increase the strength of my spam filters. Lots of important email now goes into my spam folder, so I have to check it all the time.
Hmm.. I'll double check and make sure that I really did send it. Pretty sure I did but I was communicating with a bunch of folks so could be confusing things.
We are still trying to fix some of the settings to get back to how it was prior to the hack. I've been busy myself so [MENTION=16]ucrenegade[/MENTION] and [MENTION=5]gmf1369[/MENTION] have taken that stuff over for a bit.
OK. I'll tell you what. I'll continue to monitor my spam folder regularly. If you decide to send out another "site is back up" email and I receive it, I will mention I got it here. If I say nothing a couple days after you sent it, you can assume I did not receive it.

you can also set your email in settings to make sure you get email from anyone if you put in their email address can't tell you exactly where because each email host is different but they all should have like a these are not spam type of setting and you just put in the email address.
Right. my ISP has a safe senders list. Not sure if I remembered to add elias to that list. The "site is hacked" email definitely went into the spam folder. Nothing after that. So either I forgot to put him on the safe sender list, or missed the "site is up" email when it went into the spam folder, or I never received that second email.
