my guess is somewhere in the middle..
i know this, we have to much damn talent on this team for this awful slide we're on.. injuries not withstanding.. everyone has those..

Great games today fellaz, we can definetly start separating ourselves from the pact with a win vs Tennessee today with other teams doing their part and lose:
Bills vs Eagles.... Philly riding high right now, Should pounce on Rex!
Steelers vs Bengals...... I like Cincy alot and i feel Dalton will have a big day. LETS ROLL BENGALS!
Colts vs Jags.... Blake Bortles is coming into his own. Indy has become flat, especially getting spanked last week. GO JAGS!
Chargers vs KC.... Chiefs are the hottest team in the NFL right now. But SD knows them very well. Maybe we slip into the 5th seed today if SD beats'em!
Broncos vs Raiders... Oak is slumping. Not a good sign especially with Denver elevating their play in recent weeks. LETS GO BRONCOS!!
Pats vs Texans... ANYBODY BELIEVE IN MIRACLES??? If the Pats keep losing, we may have a mini-chance at the division..(just sayin). JJ WATT is going to put a pounding on ToMMY boy. GO HOUSTON!!!
Today folks can be a HELLUVA DAY FOR US!!

Correct. The patsies have our div locked up. A win for them over the Texans would be good for us.
I don't think so. Not mathematically at least. Last week at least one announcer commented that if the Pats won and the Jets lost, the Pats would win the division. Neither happened, so it must be the same this week. And if you think about it, there are 4 games to go, and the Jets are 3 games behind the Pats. So it's still possible.
If the Patsies were to get beat tonight (don't see it... But you never know) I reckon we'd start to see some nerves with a visit to MetLife Stadium just a couple of weeks away!

If we win out and Pats lose out we could win division. We have to have the Steelers lose today because the Broncos at Steelers will go to Pitt. We could conceivably go 11-5 and miss playoffs.
Not necessarily. We want Houston to win the South as they have the edge on the tie breaker with us. Its better that we're tied with the Colts as we own the tie breaker with indy.
We will face Houston in the playoffs... and as they say... PAYBACK IS GONNA BE A BIATCH!
If Dalton is out for awhile, watch for them to slide and Steelers might win that division. Just win out and just hope that we don't miss playoffs while two division winners might be sub .500.

Say they lose next weekend vs Denver and we lose vs Dallas (hopefully not), and we're both 10-6, we'd advance right??
Yes. We can lose to Dallas because they aren't in our conference.
Actually if we beat Cowboys next week and Steelers win, we will actually lose our spot officially.
Its depressing because there is no way the Broncos win in Pittsburgh. They have zero offense. Which might be ok because the more teams tied with same record the better. If KC wins division then we would beat Broncos with same record. And Broncos play Steelers, Bengals and Chargers. We would have better conference record even with another conference loss. So I think we should all be rooting for Broncos to slide.
The easiest scenario would be us to get to 11-5 and then Steelers or Chiefs lose one, but the Broncos are still a team to watch that could be in a WC position.

Bottom line is get to 10-5 and lets see what the scenarios are. So many things can happen between now and then. We still have to beat the Pats.
Interesting you would say that. I expect the Broncos to win. Of course, I expected the Bengals to win too, but once Dalton went down, all bets were off.
