Since 1968, big shot. And you have a freakin' one track mind, you are obsessed with bashing Geno no matter what the topic is. Give it a rest, we all understand, you hate Geno. How a fan can develop such personal hatred for a player is beyond me, but it makes you seem really small. Just root for the Jets, and if Geno should make it onto the field for some reason, root for him because he is a Jet.
i don't disagree for a moment we need to reestablish the run..
when we were 4-1 & during that stretch ivory was running like a wild animal.. since then, he's playing on a hammy that's still seems to be an issue.. colon was run blocking his ass off during that run & he's since been IR'ed & fitzpatrick, our limited (balls to the wall) QB, both in talent & healthy thumbs is throwing game ending INTs.. not before back breaking drops by both his two go to guys & what's his face from ohio state, BTW..

Exactly right! If someone - anyone - is not going all out on every play, sit his sorry butt down and play someone that will. That's the only way to develop a winning mindset and team.
Sorry, I'm not following what you don't understand. LGM is just obsessed with Geno Smith, he has basically had a non-stop stream of posts bashing Geno in some way, often with bizarre venom, even when the thread should have nothing to do with Geno. As others have said - it gets so tiresome. I'm not sure why my post should have bothered you.

As for obsession and one track minds, it looks like the large majority of your 24 posts here are defenses of your beloved Geno and calling anyone who dares to disagree a " hater" and worse. So instead of namecalling and personal attacks try and. present any single strand of evidence that makes a case for the bust.

I was not trying to troll you, and I apologize if I went overboard - and it seems that I did. I don't doubt that you are a devoted Jet fan, especially as a longtime STH. I was just trying to express the point that the excessive Geno bashing detracts from the enjoyability of the forum discussions especially when it is in discussions that really don't even involve Geno.
I certainly understand the fans that have had enough of Geno, even though I personally would like to see him get one more chance, I thought his play the last five weeks of last season warranted that. But I'll be rooting for whomever is out there for the Jets and I'm sure you will be too.

Frankly I think the biggest objective is for our defensive line to get to Tannehill early and often and force multiple turnovers

Really going to be interesting to see how the team comes out today. Apparently, according to Cimini, there was more to the Coples cut then initially thought..
Is the team going to come out "super charged" and aggressive, or are they going to come out flat, and unmotivated again.
IMO the play offs are a very long shot at this point, but it's still a big game for Bowles as far as the fan base is concerned. Bowles has gone from the perfect anti-Rex fit for the Jets, to a point that a lot of fans are starting to question him. Don't want the fans to start whining for a change already, 10 games into his first season.
if that happens the scribes won't be far behind. Bowles needs a statement game here.
