I am really sorry to see that. Really liked this monster in the pre-season. Think he's going to be a killer against the running game.
Perhaps also the draftee Deon Simon is showing something, which makes Barnes expendable. I like that we replaced Barnes with a speed/coverage type OLB which is an immense need on this team.

To me it just means that the Village idiot now has to.waste an active roster spot on this JAG for the entire rest of the regular season.

That's my hope also that Simon is playing well in practice. He's also on the PS so it's hard to tell what the Jets think of him. Just annoying Rex takes another player with some up side. Oh well.
Do you know anything about this Stanford guy 15? All i could find, as you said, he is pretty fast. 4.51 40, but i don't think in 3 years he has taken any defensive snaps. His value seems to be as a special teamer. Any light on the subject
I posted a video of him in the thread about Stanford. He appears very athletic and played small school at Wagner, thats all I got.

"It's a rule, I think and all that stuff"
2. He doesnt have an assistant in the booth assigned to review TV replays that anyone can see and signal him to challenge a call
No wonder this dolt is in the process of dragging a 9-7 team to a below .500 record. Thank God the Jets finally fired this dummy

True but only if we are contending with each other. I know we are tied for a wild card spot but I do see them fizzling out so I still don't care about them. I don't have the same hatred for him as I do for Belichek.
Rex's time may have run out here but he did give us the most exciting football of my lifetime. Glad I experienced it. We gambled and lost which left our team in shambles the last few years. His time is up. I wish him success unless it effects the Jets!

Yes he had two nice seasons. Then unfortunately the guys he inherited and his guys he took from the Ravens got old and we were left saddled with the disastrous drafts he and Tanny orchestrated
