Lets see who's running the team first.
First let's look at the possibilities at FA to shore things up. With our cap room, Iaputi is almost a must-target FA. There will be other teams in the mix but he should be a high-priority target. That alone would vastly improve our line.
There are a lot of really talented FAs out there that could shore up other positions. A ton of WRs, including Cobb, Torrey Smith and a few really big names I don't think will get away from their respective teams (Dez Bryant, D. Thomas). I'd love to grab another solid vet there to go with Decker and Kerley and Cobb would be my first choice there.
Lastly, we need so much help in our secondary, bringing in a CB is almost a must. Chris Harris seems to be the obvious choice. Denver may have trouble resigning him so he's obtainable and probably the best guy out there.
Any one of these three guys (or equivalents) would improve our flexibility in the draft at #6 .
Clearly, positioning for one of the big two QBs has to be a top consideration if the new regime likes them. Beyond that, the only thing we clearly don't need is DL and I can't see any way we even sniff at Safety this year so that leaves Cooper and one of the edge rushers (Beasley, Ray, Fowler) I guess.
Still, a lot of time between now and April.

This is going to be such a fun, interesting off season. Need the Pats and Cowboys to lose so I can start to look toward the off season.

Can never be sure of a top 3 QB. Not even Mariota, or especially not Mariota, who I would also take.
IMO if the Jets have a trading partner, and Winston is on the board, i make the move. Guy seems to have all the tools, still no guarantee
He scares me off the field. Seems immature. We see how Manziel is...a partier who doesn't take things seriously. I could totally see Winston falling in the draft like Johnny. Also, doing this in New York magnifies things. He was also protected at fsu, from coaching staff to Tallahassee pd...also, statistically, he wasn't great this year. Why would he all of a sudden change his tune and be a good soldier who spends his days in the gym and his nights watching film? No guarantee with anyone, and he may be a great player but where there is smoke there Is fire.
