True. He may have some success in the future with another team.
I'm joking. It would have been great to see him win a ring here, but I don't think he deserved to stay. His staff deteriorated. He wasn't going to replace them. Special Teams was a mess. He still didn't fix the in game errors: 12 men on the field, forced to take time outs, false starts. And he seems to be the kind of coach doesn't adapt to his players. It seems that he can only do his system. If he doesn't have the players that fit his system, he's average at best.
That being said, I'm astonished that Woody selected Casserly to select a coach. You would think that he would select someone who at least had a good record in selecting head coaches. Casserly is not that guy.
Who would you have preferred Woody consult with?
