I think he will be the first assistant to leave. He is not a fit for our Jets.

Hoping its 100% chance. Just blow the whole thing up. I don't believe Geno will be the starter next year anyway. Hard telling really with so many other question marks surrounding the team. I'm hoping we establish an identity on offense as physical and aggressive. We need the horse's up front and go from there. I remember Vick being quoted in training camp, or first couple games about the Wildcat, and he said that was high school stuff. I couldn't agree more. To me it was embarrassing some of that stuff they were running early in the year. Especially in the red zone. When you got somebody like Ivory back there, play football man! Hitem in the mouth!

If Rex is fired, which is pretty much assured, I would assume the entire coaching staff will be replaced. I have to admit, I thought MM did a nice job in 2013, but I haven't been as impressed this year.

He looks lost out there.....we need an OC who can make adjustments and learn to trust his players..need to give Ivory more carries plain and simple let's start there

I think 100% I think he's gone if a new coach is brought in, and he's gone if Rex stays. The offense looked real bad. Some passing routes looked poorly designed. Yet he runs them again and again. He avoided criticism through out the year.

you can make a case for idzik to be fired as well..
