This is the guy I really wanted. He was battling alcoholism but it seems like he was back on the right track. His track record was phenomenal going from the Packers, 49ers and then Seahawks. All those teams reached success either during his time with the team or shortly after. During his time away from the league, he was getting paid by teams on the side to evaluate certain players.
