Maybe they are more interested in getting to the job at hand than.gladhanding, beer drinking and boasting your team is loaded and how disappointing being the #4 defense in the NFL is

I think they want to take time get the vibe of the place and have a plan when they face the Media. Smart people do that. Trying to wing it with media especially New York media is a recipe for disaster.

Jets GM Mike Maccagnan is strongly considering adding former Jaguars GM Gene Smith to his front office, per sources. The two men are close.

Good choice as long as he gets Bradway's desk and chair

Smith’s first draft class in 2009 was led by two offensive tackles selected in the first two rounds in Eugene Monroe and Eben Britton. With the first two draft selections in 2010 Smith continued to strengthen the team up front by acquiring two defensive tackles, Tyson Alualu and D’Anthony Smith. In the 2011 draft, quarterback Blaine Gabbert was chosen in the first round and guard Will Rackley in the third, and the two rookies each made 14 starts. This year’s draft class was led by wide receiver Justin Blackmon, selected fifth overall following a trade with Tampa Bay, followed by defensive end Andre Branch and punter Bryan Anger in the second and third rounds.

. Of the 26 players drafted by Smith over the past four years, 21 are on the Jaguars’ roster entering the 2012 training camp.

A punter in the third? Sounds familiar
A PK with the first second rd pick and a KR with the second one

A tradeup to.#4 for a Kentucky fried BUST with no remaining cartilege in his knees

Probably doesn't sound as bad as Badway
