Best Jets GM I can remember. And he was 30-64.
I think that says a ton about the Jets.

Regardless of his record or his good picks he was destined to fail and so is every GM, coach or player in the future.Best Jets GM I can remember. And he was 30-64.

I don't disagree that Saleh should have been fired, but the failed experiment last season led to the "run it back this season", then we start making knee jerk moves 5 games in with a chance to take the division lead.Firing Saleh was the right move at the wrong time. Should have happened last off season or after this season. His teams always lacked discipline and accountability. Commiting costly penalties at the worst possible time and were almost always poorly prepared to play.
Joe Douglas had to go, and it was forced on the Jets for it to be now. Can't have a GM who is more focused on his next job then carrying out the most basic tasks of your current one. Like forgetting to sign your new kicker to the roster. Now he can properly search for a new home in Baltimore
I think that’s me regarding my friend AaronI'm on an island many times
This just prove my theory that none of the players on this team are elite players. That includes Sauce, Garrett and Breece. Blow it all up. There is not a single player or coach worth keeping.Seems the players took the Saleh firing pretty hard

Maybe Woody should put on his shiny chain and go out there and see what he can do
GIlligans Island? BUT why in the professors hut? Not that there is anything wrong with that.
Two things:You don't need someone to agree with you. I'm on an island many times and right all the time. It's a great place to be.
RikersTwo things:
1. You like being on that island alone. Seems like you prefer it that way
2. Your definitely not right all the time!
So, funny thing about that. My mother was a Riker. I descend from the Rikers who settled New Amsterdam in the 1600s.Rikers
His demeanor spoke volumes. He has always been way too sensitive and short with everyone, but after the Saleh firing it was clear he wanted out.Oh well. Not gonna change a thing but atleast JD should be really happy right now
he clearly wanted out after being forced to do more and more stupid shit
His hunger was at the table not on the fieldHis demeanor spoke volumes. He has always been way too sensitive and short with everyone, but after the Saleh firing it was clear he wanted out.
Two words. Ray Agnew. Helped make the Lions into a winner and changed that loser culture. Should be given a shot at GM.
The Lions really have changedOh and if the Browns fire their HC, hire him.
Really? I hadn’t seen or heard from him since then. And if he didn’t want Rodgers which I would imagine he didn’t, then he probably checked out early and I can’t really blame himHis demeanor spoke volumes. They started their rebuild at the same time JD did.The Lions really have changed
Really a good team now
And everyone thought it was a bad move getting Goff ?
Howd that turn out
