Spielman? He comes off as an arrogant ass I'm told. You can't always believe what you hear either. Time will tell but it's the Jets. I'm betting Spielman's a douchebag.

The saving grace here is that he was hired as an adviser, one of many people in the building giving advice, so hopefully he will be making suggestions as part of the group putting forth input and not the sole contributor.

The Lions choked. Glenn's defense was beaten soundly. I'm not optimistic with him as Coach. Maybe the guys around him will shine but Aaron Glenn is not my first choice to coach this Team.

Glens Defense lost 6 starters early, 5 backups and were one of the leagues best defenses, yes they lost badly in the divisional round of the playoffs. The key takeaway is down 11 players they even made the playoffs.
It would be nice to see a 15 win jet season. It took 3 seasons to get 15 wins under the last regime.
Let's give him 2 seasons before labeling him a bust. At least 2 games?

I'm not labeling Him a bust. Credit goes to Glenn for the job He did with that patchwork D. My problem is His scheme. He plays a ton of man coverage.
I watched a lot of Lions games where the Lions got behind and their Offense won the game.
Glenn is great at in game adjustments, something We, as Jet Fans, haven't seen in awhile.
Will it translate as a HC?
That's key.
I feel a little better about Glenn's hiring with how He's filled out His staff, especially on Offense.
He's at the Combine at least.
Used to piss me off that Saleh didn't.
I still believe you see more in a player in person than just what film brings.
Especially if you're trying to change the culture.
While I'm hoping Glenn can do what countless others couldn't, I'm a Jet Fan.
I'll believe it when I see it on the Field.
Won't take much.
A smart draft and a good FA signing period would be a good start.

Hard to overcome all that including a pick 6, an INT by a WR and 5 total turnovers by the offense.
