Logan foot speed and quickness are very good. He has above average football smarts and general intelligence. He plays with a nasty streak. He has good charter and work ethic. He has the feet to adjust when he anticipates what is coming. He is effective trapping and bends at the knees with adequate core strength to absorb the bull rush

Logan can clear a path at the second level if he hits the target. He finishes and does not quit. He is a competitor with a positive attitude and leadership traits that coaches admire. He anchors against larger defenders in the middle. He resets his hands to maintain distance. He is athletic enough to help on the noset tackle then pick up twist or late blitzer.

Areas for Improvement

Logan is not an elite quick twitch blocker. His height causes him to be out quicked. He leaks inside pressure when his technique gets sloppy. He is not physically imposing. He has average overall strength. His upper body gets over his feet too often and he easily loses his balance.

Logan is susceptible to speed rushers. He has only average quickness off the snap. He does not possess the acceleration or arm length to corral defenders once they cross his face. He attacks when necessary, though he won't consistently dominate and can lose balance overextending.

Following year he earned his second letter, playing in all 13 games with 13 starts. He started 12 games at right tackle. He also started at right guard at Illinois.
