It usually means that the Jets will bomb in the regular season, but pre-season has become less important as the teams prioritise the inter-squad practises. Sure we won those games but the offense didn't set the scoreboard alight in any of them.

Preseason has always been the tune up games but back in the day, the starters got more run in these games. Nowadays it’s all about the rookies, back ups and guys that won’t make the team regardless. What I liked to see is the fact that the oline (all back ups) looked pretty solid. Defense, especially the dline (all backups) looked solid and the RBs were moving the ball up and down the field. Sorta impressive!

Took a little break from the site and football itself. Had to regroup from the BS and devastation of what went down last year. Well the last 40-plus years really!!!
