Chris Harris is one of the top corners in the NFL, and thus he understandably wants to be paid like one. Harris is set to make $7.8 million in 2019, but wants a deal that will pay him $15 million per year.
The Jets with their new GM Douglas has shown the ability to make the right moves could he target this veteran corner since it doesn't look like the Bronco's aren't willing to give the disgruntled corner a new contract as of yet.
We have our quarterback, some talent at wide receivers and looks like we bolstered our tight end position with Herndon who will miss the first quarter of the season. The offensive line is improving with some nice pieces and our back field is stacked. Looking at the other side of the ball, the defensive line and linebackers are also in a good standing. Our safeties, safe say are still in good standing even with Maye the oft-injured companion the team leader Jamal Adams. The real question after all these positions we are hoping Trumaine Johnson can return to form, but the talent as of now is a mystery and adding a player like Chris Harris Jr. could not only bolster this position but solidify the defense.
