The worst part is it was not a bad hit, this was a routine tackle. He should have slid and protected himself, but that being said, man that was a routine tackle. If he is concussing that easily he really needs to think about his health moving forward (whatever he decides)
It was pretty vicious. Clean but not routine. Tua was running all out, his head got wrenched to the side violently and then bounced off the ground twice. Lots of torque and force to the brain and brain stem , hard to believe that the player making the hit, was literally dead on the field a couple seasons ago...

The problem is Hamlin basically craddled him. If it was anyone else in the league Tua might be dead.
There was definitely no vicious intent in the hit. Unfortunately Tua’s head has just become to fragile to be an NFL QB.
