Skrine has been a solid veteran presence for the Jets secondary, but could be bypassed for a cheaper option in 2018.

But the option via Trade/Release $2.5M ($6M savings) means this is his last year in green & whites secondary unless he restructures to stay...

Skrine has been horrible, except for thepast two games. He has played steady and has not commited a penalty these past two weeks i believe
