I think Goff is more ready than most give him credit for... But think both need at least a full off season to have any shot at making it at this level... After those two Lynch probably needs two full seasons... After these three the drop off is much, where a Prescott, Cook, Hackenberg with the same time frame could develop into a quality starters...

Cook is mystery meat to me. Seems to lack high level decision making in the pocket.

I think Cook may be the most 'ready', though with the lowest ceiling. I could see him winning the #2 job wherever he goes. People question his decision-making, but he's really the only one of the bunch that you've seen have to make pro-type decisions. With the others you won't even have the data to form an opinion until late August at the earliest.
