Per TB, "WE have to play better as a team"... well coach isn't that your responsibility to get the team motivated to play? Second have we had a better attitude... its called emotion coach, something you rarely if ever show and guess what, your team is a direct reflection of your sphinx like behavior, oh I mean attitude.

not only does he stay in "dead fish/wet blanket" mode like grim death, he passively aggressively deflects any & all criticism..

probably why he remains "stunned" his motivational tactics are falling on deaf ears.....
